We strive to provide the best quality and pour love into every item we make. Every product was designed, created, and hand-crafted by the artist and owner Stephanie Scanlon.
That said, sometimes things break during shipping, and mistakes happen. If we didn't get it right, we will gladly replace the affected products. We always want to ensure the customer is happy and loves the gifts they are sending.
Because every item is handcrafted and personalized, we do not offer refunds.
Delivery: Shipping is the most common way to receive your gifts. We use USPS most of the time and all items ship with tracking and insurance.
Shipping is free on all orders above $50.00.
Local Pick-Up: In some instances, we offer local pick-up. Local pick-up options would be mentioned in the product description.
Delivery: Customers will receive order updates, and tracking information when orders ship.

Live Events: Credit/Debit, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash are accpeted.
Note: Orders not paid for within 5 business days will be canceled.

Custom orders take 5-10 business days for production, then shipping is usually 2-5 days based on shipping selection and location.
